SoCal's Most Talented Teens to Perform at The Music Center's 35th Annual Spotlight Grand FinaleAfter a yearlong journey to reach The Music Center's Spotlight Grand Finale, 14 young performers will showcase their artistry on stage in front of a live audience at The Music Center's Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. The Music Center's Spotlight is a free nationally acclaimed performing arts competition, scholarship, and artistic development program for Southern California teens in seven categories: acting, ballet, dance, classical voice, non-classical voice, classical instrumental, and jazz instrumental. Hailing from Arcadia, Huntington Beach, Ladera Ranch, Los Angeles, Murrieta, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rosemead, San Diego, San Marino, Santa Monica, Temecula, and Van Nuys; these high school students bested more than 1,300 applicants for the ultimate experience to perform on stage in front of a live audience and win a $5,000 college scholarship.
